| I quit my job (sorta). I called work earlier today and told them I needed to go to the doctor, because this past week I've been having extremely horrid and painful migraines. When I called they said I could come in and work till time to leave and then go, as long as I came back to finish my shift..well the time came and they threatened to fire me if I left for it...and I left with them telling me I wouldn't have a job. Then about 2 hours later I get a call saying if I came in to open the next day I'd have my job still, just so they wouldn't have to find a new opener. I was so angry! I told them no that I was tired of being treated like an object. Blackmail isn't the way to convince people to do things you want and I won't work for someone who does that.
